On Sunday, the coaching staff of the Russia national team announced the final list of players for the FIFA 2018 World Cup. It included 23 players. Unfortunately, two Dynamo footballers – defender Konstantin Rausch and midfielder Alexander Tashaev – didn’t enter the final roster.
White-Blues’ players worked with the national team at the training camp in Neustift, but they missed the friendly against Austria. Now Konstantin and Alexander are going on vacation while their teammates are on holiday during almost three weeks.
However, Dynamo representatives – masseurs Nikolay Larin and Runis Burkhanov– go on working in the national team on the eve of the World Cup. Tony Šunjić’s vacation was interrupted. 10 days after the end of the Russian Championship the central defender from Dynamo joined his national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina to participate in two friendly matches. Tony appeared on the pitch as a substitute in the home gamea gainst Montenegro (0:0), when 13 minutes remained. Šunjić entered the starting XI in the following fixture against South Korea. The Bosnian played 90 minutes, being booked and providing his team with a victory by 3:1. Now Tony's coming back to rest.
Fyodor Černych saw his vacation come to an end. The Lithuania national team came together this week and has already played the opening match of the Baltic Cup. Unfortunately, Lithuanians were defeated by Estonians by 0:2. Fyodor Černych spent 90 minutes on the pitch. Now his team is to playotherfriendlies.The last fixtureis scheduled on June 12th.
On June 15th Dynamo players will come together for passing a medical examination and two days after this event they will leaveMoscow to the first of the two summer training camps. It will be held in Bulgaria and will last until July 1st. On the 5th of July, the White-Blues will start working in Austria. The Austrian training camp will end on July 20th.
