Sergey Sysoev, FC Dynamo General Director:
- We are delighted that Sergey Nikolayevich came back to Dynamo. He is a real Dynamovets who did a lot for the club. I am sure he will make a lot of useful things for Dynamo in the nearest future. His area of responsibility is very large: the supervision of the Academy activity, the U21 team control, search for new football players, the cooperation with the coaching staff of the first team and many other things. Sergey Nikolayevich knows this sort of work very well. He brilliantly coped with it earlier. FC Dynamo Moscow care much for their youth. Sergey Silkin’s return will undoubtedly allow us to work more successfully in this direction.
Sergey Silkin, FC Dynamo Head of Youth Development:
- I would like to thank the club management for my invitation. I am in Dynamo from my youth up. I feel like at home here. It is nice that FC Dynamo care for the future in such a difficult period. My area of responsibility is large including the Academy and the U21 team. I will search for new promising football players who are able to make progress in Dynamo not only for the Academy and the U21 team but also for the first team. The club will really make the best of this strategy. I just start working. Before drawing a conclusion and making attempts to improve the current state of affairs I would like firstly to assess the situation from within.
