The Russian international Roman Neustädter who became another Dynamo newcomer during the summer transfer campaign spoke to the club press service:
- Dynamo are a big club with a great history. It so happened that all the teams for which I have played before, could boast of glorious traditions. Here I was attracted by club ambitions, the interesting project that is being started. I would like to be a part of it. I didn’t think much time about the White-Blues’ offer. It took three or four days to sort things out, fly to Istanbul, then move to Germany for a medical examination. And here I am. I am glad to start training with my new teammates. We will do our best to make this season the most successful and memorable for the White-Blues’ fans all together. I had offers from different countries, but when Dynamo contacted me, I immediately agreed. The Russian championship gets stronger every season. There are first-class football players in the league, including guys from the Russian national team. I have already talked to Dmitry Khokhlov – the head coach sees me as a defensive midfielder. If necessary, I can also play as a centre-back. I am full of energy and motivation to help Dynamo!
