Borussia Dortmund attacking midfielder Maximilian Philipp, who became the tenth White-Blues’ newcomer during the summer transfer campaign, spoke to the press service:
- I know that Kevin Kuranyi played for Dynamo. He spent a great time here, left a good memory. I'll try to do the same. There is no sense in comparing our play style. Kevin is a pure centre-forward. As for me I prefer to play as a secondary striker. I seriously thought before giving my consent. The visit to Moscow became very special. I got acquainted with the city and the club. It made my decision to move to the Russian capital much easier. It is an honour to play for Dynamo. The White-Blues have a glorious history, but the last few seasons have been very tough. Now the club management changed, new ambitious goals were set. All this seemed to be very interesting. We will try to break into European Cups, where Dynamo have to play every year.
