- It was a very good game which gave us a lot of information to be analyzed. No offence meant, but today we met an opponent of a higher level than Football National League clubs. It was a test for our defence which faced a very good attack. The performance and game discipline level satisfied me, but the gameplay quality could be better. We see all the shortcomings and are working to eliminate them. Before the start of the championship there is still time left, although there is not so much left of it. Following the results of the training camp in Germany, I would give my players an excellent mark for their efforts and for the gameplay quality in the pre-season matches they would get a B-minus.
Sergey Terekhov, FC Dynamo left back:
- I think that in general the game was easy enough for us. We played compactly in defence, developed quick attacks and created goal attempts. It is a pity that we managed to score only once. At the end of the match we got tired and it was difficult to organize counterattacks. But our opponents didn’t manage to create a lot of danger at our gate.
- You have a solid experience of playing in the FNL. Could you compare the teams from this league to Ludogorets?
- Of course, PFC Ludogorets are much stronger than FNL clubs. Just look at the squad of the Bulgarian champion. Many players represent different national teams. They have a lot of technically gifted players who are capable of combining well.
- You took an active part in the combination which led to the goal. Do you like being in attacks?
- The head coach asks wing backs to participate in attacks. If there is free space, of course, it is necessary to rush into it. It's another matter that your play in the attack should not keep you from performing direct duties.
- You returned to Dynamo after several years of absence. How easy was it to blend into the team?
- I remember many young players when they just started their career in the U21 team. Now they are playing an important role in the first team. I crossed some guys in the Football National League. In general, I didn’t have problems with adaptation. In addition, we have generally a very friendly group. Everybody communicates with each other; there are no group divisions in our team. Everyone feels comfortable.
