In the Russian Premier League the first international break came about. FC Dynamo Moscow sent ten players to their national teams.
One of Dynamo summer newcomers Roman Neustädter received a call to the national team of Russia. Roman regularly joins national team ranks where he has already played 13 matches and scored 1 goal. The Russians will face Scotland in Glasgow (Friday, September 6th, Hampden Park Stadium, 21.45) and Kazakhstan in Kaliningrad (Monday, September 9th, Kaliningrad Stadium, 21.45) in the qualifying round. As usual, two Dynamo masseurs Nikolay Larin and Runis Burkhanov were called up to the Russia national team.
Russia U-21 which is headed by Mikhail Galaktionov brought into the fold two Dynamo players – the centre-back Roman Yevgenyev and the centre-forward Vyacheslav Grulyov. This team get off the qualifying campaign for the 2021 UEFA European U-21 Championship. The young Russians will be tested by Serbia at Mordovia Arena in Saransk (September 6th) and Bulgaria at Slavia Stadium in Sofia (September 10th).
Toni Šunjić (39 matches – 1 goal) was traditionally called up to the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The Balkans are going to play qualifiers against Liechtenstein (September 5th, Zenica, Stadion Bilino polje, 21.45) and Armenia (September 8th, Yerevan, Republican Stadium after Vazgen Sargsyan, 16.00).
Sebastian Szymanski got a call again to the national team of Poland. In June, he was already invited to the national team but at that moment Seba didn’t make his debut for the White Eagles. Then he took part in the UEFA European U-21 Championship. The Polish national team is set to face Slovenia (September 6th, Ljubljana, Stadion Stožice, 21.45) and Austria (September 9th, Warsaw, Stadion Narodowy, 21.45) in the UEFA Euro 2020 qualifying tournament.
Charles Kaboré who is Burkina Faso national team record holder for the number of matches (92 caps) went to Morocco. In this country the Burkinabe’s training camp is scheduled where they will play friendlies against Libya and the hosts from Morocco.
The national team of Azerbaijan await Dynamo centre-forward Ramil Sheydayev (20 matches – 3 goals) for two qualifying matches against Wales (September 6th, Cardiff, Cardiff City Stadium, 21.45) and Croatia (September 9th, Baku, Bakcell Arena, 19.00).
Three Dynamo U-21 players – Dmitry Vladimirov, Andrey Mazurin and Maxim Danilin – got calls to Russia U-18 (players born in 2001). From September 1st to September 10th, young Russians will be at the training camp in Slovenia where they will face Croatia, Slovenia and France in friendlies.
Other Dynamo players received three days off. They will gather together at the training ground in Novogorsk on Tuesday.
