National European championships take a break again – it's time for crucial UEFA Nations League matches. The Russian Premier League, in general, and FC Dynamo Moscow, in particular are no exception. Our club released six players under the banner of their national teams.

The most important national team – the Russian one – invited the goalkeeper Anton Shunin (2 matches) and the left-back Konstantin Rausch (11 matches). Stanislav Cherchesov’s team are leading confidently in the group. The Russians are to play a friendly against Germany (15/11/2018, 22.45, Leipzig – Red Bull Arena) and the last UEFA Nations League match against Sweden (20/11/2018, 22.45, Solna – Friends Arena). The match Sweden vs Russia can turn into a formality for the guest side if the Scandinavians will not take three points in Turkey. But if they will do it, the duel between Sweden and Russia will have a tournament value, while the draw is enough for our national team. Two Dynamo masseurs – Nikolay Larin and Runis Burkhanov will join the national team of Russia as usual.

The centre-back Toni Šunjić (36 matches – 1 goal) is called up for the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team which are leading in the UEFA Nations League Group 3. This Balkan team is enough not to lose in Vienna on Thursday (15/11/2018, 22.45 – Ernst Happel Stadion). But if Bosnia and Herzegovina lose this game, the national team of Austria have to defeat Northern Ireland in the Belfast clash. The Bosnians will finish the third international break by a friendly against Spain in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (18/11/2018, 22.45 – Estadio Gran Canaria).

On the contrary, the Lithuanian national team performance is not going very well. In this Baltic team Dynamo’s number 10 Fiodor Černych (44 matches – 8 goals) is the captain. The Lithuanians lost even theoretical chances to win the Group and now they will play for their reputation. The Lithuania national team are to play two away UEFA Nations League matches against Romania (17/11/2018, 22.45, Ploiesti – Stadionul Ilie Oană) and Serbia (20/11/2018, 22.45, Belgrade – Stadion FK Partizan).

Finally, Svyatoslav TsesBogdan Zorin and Vladimir Moskvichyov were called up for Russia U-19. Last Thursday these players, excluding injured Zorin, left for the training camp in Paphos, Cyprus. It is for this reason that Moskvichyov missed Dynamo’s first team match in Rostov-on-Don and Tses didn’t appear in Dynamo U-21 starting line-up. Andrey Gordeev’s team will take part in the European U-19 Championship first qualifying round from November 12th to November 20th.
